Product: hp all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The scanning software offered by my new hp All in One cannot edit to give a high enough contrast. I need more contrast for my work. Its not the printers fault which got a god result on my old computer.

@xrayifly, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

HP Smart does not have an option to change the contrast of the scanned file. However, you may use the HP Scan Extended app to scan from your Win PC.

 

Use the HP Scan Extended app to scan and check if that helps.

Click here to download the app. 

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"
