Hello all

I have tried to run the HP Imaging Assistant on 3 computers now and receive the same error message. Once I select Analyze, the below message appears:

Is this working for anyone else, or is it down right now?

No matter what option I select, it doesn't do anything.

Anyone know of a good work around?

Thank you

@Blastoise -- the HPIA web-page reports:

VERSION 5.1.0

  • Release date 4/30/2021, sp113566
  • Fixes miscellaneous issues.
  • Adds support for Windows 10 v21H1.

does support "V21H1".

Presumably, Version 5.1.1 and Version 5.1.2 will also have support.

That is all the information that I have.

Thank you for the info.

Yeah it was working up until a day ago. I use it pretty regularly to fix computer issues at work.
