Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Today I received a mail titeled: hp support critical security bulletin Febr. 11 2020 HPSBHF03651 rev.1 intel CSME Febr. 2020 security update (c06560700).  Is this mail phishing or original HP??  If original HP, why is it not presented in the HP support Assistant???  Thank you for your assistance!
