Product: All in One Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to install icloud for windows on my new HP All in One and received the following error message: "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". I have tried to reload the application with no success. Also tried reloading Windows and no success. HELP!

Thanks very much for the link--I went to the link for the "OLD" version of windows on the Apple site--downloaded it and it worked!!! I'm running the latest version of Windows and this experience tells me that icloud for Windows from the Microsoft site does not work! Thanks again!!
