Product: hp pavilion 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have only ever used hp printers so even with photo smart on my envy pro 6420 i still cannot open or print these .albm files.

it would be good if someone knew how to get around this problem tia

thanks for your assistance, i went with option 1 although a little laborious it did the job
