Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i boot my pc with my fully working gt 610 (tested on other pc) it gets stuck at the press esc to exit screen why is this happening and why was i able to boot with a gt 630 which broke but not my new 610 i tried clearing cmos but no luck
