@tt_garcia -- can you open the Windows "Task Manager", and switch to its "Performance" tab, to see if you can see any "bottleneck" (CPU 100% busy? RAM 100% committed? Disk-drive 100% busy? Many megabytes/second of disk-drive usage?)

i’m able to log into my account on the laptop, but from there it just freezes on the desktop
