"My AMD Ryzen 7 5800X is currently on fTPM version 3.92.0.5 in BIOS F.21. I need a BIOS update containing AMD AGESA 1.2.0.7 or newer (TPM version 3.x.2.x or 6.x) so my PC can pass Microsoft Azure TPM Attestation for game security."

I believe that your PC comes with the HP 'Hana' motherboard with a BIOS SSID of 8876.

 

I don't recommend updating the BIOS at this time until HP releases a newer update that fixes the problem that at least a dozen forum members have gotten when they installed the latest BIOS for the Hana 8876 motherboard:
