after installing windows 10 to my desktop my PCI simple communication controller Properties was not working and after trying to update them and don finding anything I checked the properties i saw that "the drivers for this device are not insalled. (code 28)

there are no compatible drivers for this decive

to find driver for ths device, click update driver (witch did not fix it)"
