I just recently purchased an HP computer and it came with a wireless keyboard. However, several of the keys to the right of the funciton keys on the top row have icons but seem to be a mystery. I'm trying to screenprint but can't figure it out. I read through another post that said FN + Insent would print screen, but that's not working for me. The keyboard model number is HP 710. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi @mkoslosk
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
The wireless keyboard model HP 710 might have unique functions for several keys. To take a screenshot on your HP computer using the HP 710 wireless keyboard, you can try the following options:
Using Print Screen Key (PrtScn):
- Windows Key + Print Screen (PrtScn): This combo should capture the entire screen and save it automatically in the Pictures > Screenshots folder.
- Press Print Screen (PrtScn): This captures the entire screen and copies it to the clipboard. You can paste it into an image editing program like Paint by pressing Ctrl + V.
Using Snipping Tool:
- You can also use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch, which are built-in apps in Windows. You can open it by searching for "Snip & Sketch" in the Start menu and choose from various screenshot options.
Function Key Combination:
- On some HP keyboards, you might need to press the Fn key in conjunction with another key to perform certain actions like taking a screenshot. Common combinations can include Fn + PrtScn, but if this doesn't work, consult the keyboard manual or quick reference guide.
If you'd like to save the screenshot directly as a file or use more advanced tools, you can also try Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch, both built into Windows 11.

Sorry if I didn't clarify. There is no PrtScn key, hence the genesis of this message. I've tried each of the unlabled "mystery" buttons in the upper right both with and without the Fn key (including Fn + Insert), but none of them do a print screen. As per your message, there was no keyboard manual, again, hence the reason for my message. I hope this clarifies my question.
