I'm trying to set up my new computer. When I put my phone # in for Microsoft connect it froze. It won't let me go back. Cortina doesn't respond. My 10 minute set up is now in its 2nd hour. HP virtual assistant is useless. Help please.

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...

Unfortunately, we can't help you with setup issues as we have no access from here to your PC -- which is likely why one one else responded before this.

 

If your PC still is not working, you should check with where you bought it to return it for a refund -- as you should not be having issues like this with a new PC.
