Product: HP Envy all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have files (inspection reports) stored on One Drive. They are categorized by year (2015,2016,2017,2018). When I open each individual report the text is scrambled , but the photos are fine, and the only ones affected are in the 2018 folder. I also have agreements stored the same way and its the same, only the 2018 file is affected.

OneDrive is the Microsoft Cloud service -- and your data is stored on THEIR servers when you use OneDrive.

 

We can do nothing about this, as this is entirely MS's facility -- you will have to contact them about OneDrive content issues.
