Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have an HP pavilion-570-p050nj with a sd card reader.

thing is it does not respond at all when i insert the card. i tried looking for drivers on device manager, but i cant find it, either its not there or i just dont know how it is named.

does anyone know how to find it in device manager, or how to wake it up any other way?

Drivers are very old (from 2016/2017):

Please  let the system to find driver for you, click to the        Detect my drivers          on the above link OR download Realtek Card reader driver (from Storage section) shown above and install to your machine

Regards,
