Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V792AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I try to type questions marks, apostrophes, quotation marks, brackets and slashes they come out as alternate characters. I have tried the left control and shift with two taps on the right shift many times it does not help. The other keys with secondary characters on them seem to be fine. I used quotation marks yesterday but not working today.

Eventually gave up, turned off the computer, even though I had just restarted it, and it all came back!
