HP Spectre x360

Seems to be a well known issue... However not sure if the motherboard of this one is in fact burnt too.

Regardless, my laptop wouldn't power up although I do see the power light blinking.

Edit: I tried powering it down so to be able to hard reset it... However now the power button wouldn't light up again. It's just out.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you,

Breindy

Thank you @KrazyToad.

For what you said:

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

Is it just me or do I not see that option at all? They simply allow me to either chat with a virtual agent, which doesn't seem to go any further than a computer bot; or select a service center.

Thank you for your help,

Brenda
