Product: Hp Compaq Pro 6305 Small Form Factor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I had just installed a fresh new version of windows 7

but usb 3.0 ports are not working only usb 2.0 working

and i went to the device manager and it showed me 2 unknown devices

in the other devices tap these are the mouse and the keyboard when i try to put them in the usb 3.0 ports

i tried to install the hp assistant manager and it showed me that there were no problems

please someone help me to fix this problem.

Hi:

 

You have to install the AMD chipset drivers and restart the PC.

 

Use the second file listed on the webpage...
