i got my pc to my local store and i wanted windows 11 and i paid him and he did it for me but a small while after when i downloaded valorant (a game i play) turned out it needed tpm 2,0 and secure boot to run on windows and i thought ok i will try to solve it but turned out my local store had skipped the tpm 2,0 step and got me windows 11 without tpm 2.0 and i cant activate it or even know if its compatible with my motherboard my mother board is "hewlett packard 18E7" so please tell me if its compatible or not and if it is how can i enable it because my bios settings are weird its called hewlett packard setup utility and it barely has any setting and i want to play the game and if its not compatible is there a way to just make the device think its 2,0 so i can play the game at least. i hope you can solve it because ive been trying to for a while now

Hi:

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

Use this guide to find that information.

i dont know how to get it because i dont think the windows is original but when i boot my pc i see "hp prodesk 600 g1 twr"

HP Recommended

Yes, that's the model number of your PC.

A HP Prodesk 600 G1 MT.

That model came with a TPM 1.2 security chip, and it cannot be upgraded to version 2.0.

Does the TPM 1.2 security device show up in the device manager under a security devices category?

The PC does support secure boot as long as the PC shop installed W11 in UEFI mode so you can enable secure boot.

i did enable secure boot and yes the tpm 1.2 security device shows up in the device manager and is there a way ti make the pc think its tpm 2.0 when its not

i have already done all those and it didnt work the problem here is that i dont have tpm 2.0 so is there a way to make the pc think it has 2.0 when it has 1.2 so that i can play

HP Recommended

Unfortunately, none that I know of.

You'll need a newer PC that has support for TPM 2.0 such as a Prodesk 600 G2 or G3.

If the 600 G2 has a TPM 1.2 hardware revision, you can update that to 2.0.
