25ES monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2975515988582463854.jpg

As you can see from the photo the settings menu is open. None of the buttons are working including the power button.

I wasn't doing anything when this started although I had some screen flickering occuring just before this happened.

I use this monitor with a duel monitor setup.

I've tried:
Unplugging the video feed and plugging it back in.

Unplugging the power and plugging it back in.

Unplugging the power and holding the power button for 30-60seconds and plugging the power back in.

While the monitor was on, holdinging the power for 30-60seconds.

This starting doing this today, basically a day after the warranty expired.

If anyone knows how to fix this issue that would be lovely.

After reviewing your post thoroughly, I see that the button is stuck, this looks like a possible hardware failure.

In this scenario, I will share you a private message with details. Please watch your inbox for more information.
