Product: HP 27 n103a AIO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi guys,
I have a touchscreen issue with a 27 n103a AIO.
Touch works on the lock screen. It also works once in Windows environment for about 2 to 4 minutes, then the screen is non responsive to touch. I can disable and enable HID touch in Device manager, where touch will return for a few minutes, then die again. Touch also works in UEFI.
The touch driver is apparently the most fitting, I've done a BIOS update.
I'm not really sure what to do from here. Any help is much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Ryan.
