I have an HP 24-bc010 All in one. 2nd monitor is an HP 1CA86AA#ABA. Connection to the second Monitor is a 3.0 USB to VGA HDE1080P converter. Mouse and Keyboard is Logitech MK550 wireless.
Scale is set to 100%. Resolution is set to 1920-1080. Multiple display is set to Extend displays. All drivers are up to date as this system is only 1 week old and all updates were run during setup.
The issue is mouse lag on the 2nd monitor. The mouse has a delayed reaction when operating in the second monitor. The more screens that are open that are dorment on the 2nd monitor cause even greater lag in the mouse operation.
I have tried the following fixes. 1) turned off touch screen ability on the Primary. 2) switched out the keyboard/mouse the original supplied wireless keyboard and mouse. 3) Switch the wireless dongle to and extended usb that is not in interference with the VGA converter that is plugged into the 3.0 USB. 4) Dongle is hanging below the monitor and mouse has been tried above the desk plane so that there is no interference with the wireless operation.
I have researched this and cannot find a fix listed on the internet. I would like to send this directly to HP support because I am using strickly HP products and feel this is a true HP issue.

@piperofrose
Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I'd like to help.
I understand that your Logitech MK550 wireless is slow when operating on the second Monitor. This is not an issue with the HP AIO or the Monitor since the mouse works on the primary monitor.
I suggest you try increasing the Speed of the Mouse, but if that doesn't help you might have to check with Logitech for an updated driver for the Mouse.
Steps to increase Mouse Speed:
1. Navigate to the Windows Control Panel. You can get there by opening the Start menu and searching for "control panel."
2. Open the mouse menu. If you don't see the Mouse icon, set the "View by" menu to Large icons.
3. Navigate to the pointer options tab in the Mouse Properties window.
4. Move the pointer speed slider all the way to the right and uncheck "Enhance pointer precision."
5. Click OK and check.
If the issue persists please contact Logitech and check for an updated driver.
Thank you.

The mouse is not the issue. I have now installed an HDMI converter. Neither solution has fixxed the issue. The HDMI convertor is hooked up to the USB 3.0 port. The 2nd screen only lags when opening too many (3 or more) windows. The main screen (the PC) runs fine.
No luck!
