HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-d0000i (7RC38AV)

I need to add 3rd display (HDMI)  but   the adapters USB-C to HDMI I've been used seem to be not working properly then 3rd display is not recognized by the system.

According to what I know USB-C is 3.2 so able to drive video signals, right?

Is there any  specific setting related USB-C to be performed?

Do I need some specific docking station to make my USB-C connected to a display?

Thanks in advance

Hi @LucaM1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Pavilion All-In-One PC 27-D0000i (7RC38AV) wherein the external monitor is not getting detected through USB-C port.

The USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C (5 Gbps data rate) is not a thunderbolt port. Hence, it cannot be connected to a monitor.

You may check the motherboard specifications from this Weblink.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
