@Lsampath -- another graphics adapter card that will work is:

The image on this web-page shows two DisplayPort outputs, and its "spine" fits any "low-profile" computer case.

 

It uses the same AMD chipset as listed in the "Specifications" document that the Other Person referenced.

@Lsampath -- that seems to be a good choice. All the "text" in that item's listing calls it "low-profile", but the images seem to show a "full-height" spine.  Weird.

I don't know if it will ship with 2 interchangeable spines. Pick the one that fits.
