Yes I want to connect a montior to my computer and would like to know what kind of monitor will be best suited for my HP Pavilion 20 b323w All in One PC

It does not have any port for you to connect to an external monitor. Its specs

You can buy USB HDMI adapter and connect that way. There are many around, few examples:
