I don't understand why that is happening.

There should be more than that happening.

Did you try the AMD automated tool from the AMD link I posted?

That would be the only other suggestion I can offer.

OIk can you resend the link please, and i really need to install radeon software to update my rx vega 11 graphics card

Hi:

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

Let the software factory reset your graphics adapter.

He didn't work I still have the same error

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

You may want to consider backing up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive and use the HP cloud recovery tool to factory reset your PC if it is supported.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

Hi

You should specify the exact reference of the computer

From what you indicate it could very well be only the series

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-tg01-0000a/37874510

https://www.amd.com/fr/products/apu/amd-ryzen-5-3400g

as can be seen, the AMD Ryzen ™ 5 3400G processor with Radeon ™ Vega 11 graphics card
Only you could have a computer like this

HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0001nf

AMD Ryzen™ 5 3400G with Radeon™ RX Vega 11 Graphics

With separate graphics card as here

Graphics Card
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)

If you have NVidia graphics card, like here
doing a full recovery is a simple waste of time
this would explain why you can not use the AMD panel, since you have the nvidia card that is used

Hi,

yes i know i will just want to update the drivers for the AMD raedon vega 11 graphics card because I have the screen flickering and I go without the graphics card peripherals and I am listing the AMD card with an exclamation mark so I want daire just the update my graphics card radron 11 vega and when I had to buy for the first time my pc I could enter and nvidia geforce radeon software

HP Recommended

What do you know ?
you did not answer, what is the exact name of your computer?
"and when I had to buy for the first time my pc I could enter and nvidia geforce radeon software"
As mention, if you have Nvidia graphics card, you can't use amd at the same time
Not normal that you have this exclamation point for the amd, but, the screen must work with the nvidia card
So be a little more specific
