Product: HP envy 23 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I am trying to add a 2nd monitor to my HP Envy 23 all in one. I bought a USB to HDMI adaptor but it won't recognize the 2nd monitor. Can I use a second monitor with this PC?

Using a USB to HDMI adapter for a second monitor is acceptable for the AIO. If the second monitor is not being recognized, then perhaps the adapter is not working or the software was/is not installed. Did the adapter cause a software install when first connected?
Please identify the adapter in question by make and model
