Product: Hp Envy all-in-one PC 23-o014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm trying to hook up a additional monitor to this computer and having trouble.

I have tried a HDMI cable from new monitor to and USB adapter to the computer and monitor said it wasn't detecting computer. The I got a USB to VGA cable and hooked up with same results. Does this computer not support another monitor or is there a software problem?

Hi @Penlake

 

The HDMI port on AIO is an HDMI input port. So that you could use the AIO screen with some other device such as a console. It is not an HDMI out, so it will not work with an external monitor as it will send no signal.
