Product: HP ENVY Curved All-in-One PC 34-b025xt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer on latest bios - F.32

Windows v1809 10.0.17763

CyberLink 18 .0.2307.62

 

PowerDvd 18 was playing BluRay discs just fine before Windows Update forced  Intel Driver 24.20.100.6344 after that I could not update Intel 630 to any other driver.

 

Finally was able to update to driver 25.20.100.6471

 

Still no joy PDVD18 fails with the error "Playback has stoped because your Graphics Card driver is incompatable."

 

I have contacted CyberLink which so far have been useless.

 

Anyone have some help fixing?

Problem has been resolved.

It was not only the Intel driver but also Nvidia driver had to be updated aswell.
