I want to remove the NVDA geforce gc and gift it to my child. (I don't game) and enable the native invidia gc
After I removed the gc card the monitor remained black. I did properly configure the monitor to see a connection with the desktop but after reboots still black. I re-installed the NVDA GC and rebooted twice and the screen returned.
Thanks,

Hi:
Below is the link to the specs for the i5-12400 processor.
Intel Core i512400 Processor 18M Cache up to 4.40 GHz Product Specifications
It supports the onboard Intel HD graphics adapter, so unfortunately, I don't know why the onboard graphics doesn't work after you remove the graphics card.
Before removing the card, you may have to uninstall the Nvidia graphics drivers and any Nvidia software in the Windows control panel, and when removing the Nvidia graphic adapter in the device manager, check the uninstall driver box.
Sometimes those drivers from a different model graphics adapter cause a conflict with the Intel graphics.

What exact model Intel processor does your PC have?
Certain model Intel processors require a discrete graphics card be installed and cannot use the onboard Intel HD graphics adapter.

You're very welcome.
I need to know what model Intel processor the PC has, not the models of the graphics cards.
The processor model should be listed if you run the Windows System information app--about the 10th line down on the report.
Essa Tikkanen...Perhaps a very distant cousin.
My father met him once when he played for the NY Rangers.
