Product: HP All-in-One - 22-dd0010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I updated my computer memory and now the screen shows Diagonal or jagged lines and/or the presence of both horizontal and vertical lines. I checked the cable and it seems alright. How can I tell if the screen was damaged or some other problem? And can not find part number
