@henrymolina wrote:How can I reset the CMOS or BIOS to resetting the BIOS config? All USB ports are disabled, and no external USB accessories are detected. (Keyboard and Mouse)
according to this spec you have wireless keyboard.
Is the wireless keyboard working?
If you have Bluetooth keyboard or mouse are they working?
Does windows start up?
Modern motherboards have USB overload protection. You may need to "reset" the overload mechanism
1 Please disconnect all USB devices.
2 unplug the power
3 hold down the on switch for 10 seconds.
4 Plug back in and press the ON switch
5 if it does not turn on then hold down the ON switch for 30 seconds.
When windows shows the log in screen then log in. If you cannot log in (keyboard not working) then
1 if wireless, press the keyboard pairing button.
2 if wired keyboard then connect keyboard and listen for a beep when the keyboard connects
report back here if a problem.
