Hi @AS199159
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It looks like HP doesn’t officially provide a Windows 11 touch driver for the HP L5015tm 15-inch Retail Touch Monitor. However, here are a few things you can try:
1. Use Windows’ Built-in Drivers
- Windows 11 often includes generic drivers for older hardware.
- Go to Device Manager (Win + X → **Device Manager`).
- Expand Human Interface Devices → Look for HID-compliant touch screen.
- Right-click → Update driver → Search automatically.
2. Try Compatibility Mode
- If you find a Windows 10 driver, install it in compatibility mode:
- Right-click the driver setup file → Properties → Compatibility tab.
- Select Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 10.
- Install and restart your PC.
3. Check HP’s Support Page
- HP’s driver page may have updates or alternative solutions.
- If no Windows 11 driver is listed, try downloading the latest available version.
4. Use Windows Update
- Go to Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates.
- Sometimes, Windows will install missing drivers automatically.

Good morning, thanks for the already sent advices. I still have to test these, which are possible.
I had downloaded the latest Windows 10 driver for my message on the HP community. The screen does not work well in my opinion. It works on some touches on the screen. Other times it does not. A calibration will also have to be done. The place where you press is not precise enough.
There are also no more updates from the automatic updates in Windows 11.

Let me know how it goes! If option 1 or 2 doesn’t fully fix it, I can help fine-tune the troubleshooting further.
