Product: HP M24f FHD Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I watch Amazon Prime movies and some Uoutube movies, the screen is extremely dark.  I have changed the monitor brightness to 100% brightness but cannot seem to find how to change my HP Envy's brightness.  Not sure that is the issue though.  Seems to be a common problem with all brands. Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

For youtube, have you tried a different browser?
not use Prime on pc, I don't know if it's also by app, or by browser?

what is the model of the computer?
you have problem just with this?
If you have an NVIDIA video card try in the nvidia settings

This happens on all devices, my PC with Windows 11, my laptop with Windows 10 and on the Android app.    I have talked with Amazon and they deny any issues although I see many questions and complaints about this issue that are not resolved.

you mean with several devices, and the same monitor, or whatever?
Because if it's with the same monitor, then in this case, try with another
For amazon, I don't know, but I don't have a problem with youtube and different monitors
