I have contacted hp support from the hp site several times. No response at all over past months. Now, computer tried installing bios update and caused the keyboard to no longer be recognized. Restarting computer does not resolve issue. HP Assistant will not open now either .
Still having same issues I have tried to get resolved since July plus this new problem . Get blue screen with startup, will say no graphic card found, get black scree at startup with white arrow and have to reboot several times, etc. Ongoing since July. No response from tech support. I have had to manually shut down and restart computer 3 times in past week. -----Original Message-----

I have once again brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information, such as serial numbers and case details.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
