Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

After the Windows 10 update and after that i use Driver booster to get all new updates for my windows.

Is my second HP Pavilion 27 XI Led broken i think. My First screen works perfect without any problems.

My second screen is blinking between 5 sec then the screen goos off and on every 5 sec.
I know its a Firmware update whats is goining wrong.

Now is my question how to fix this!
I use AMD Radeon R7 420 Video card.

i have updated all the last drivers! But something went wrong with update.

I need support to fix my second screen.

Welcome to HP Support Forums.

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 27xi Led monitor and the display keeps blinking between 5 sec. then the screen goes off and on every 5 sec. Not to worry, I'll be glad to assist you with this case.

Is the printer connected via HDMI, VGA or DVI?

Have you attempted to switch the connections and check if the display is stable?

While you respond to that. I recommend you to perform the following steps to perform a monitor self test:

  • Shutdown the computer and turn off the monitor also.
  • Disconnect the monitors cable that is connected to the computer.
  • Power on only the monitor. Now, the monitor should display a message stating "check input signal", "no input video", etc. This is called a monitor self test.
  • If the monitor self test is stable and not flickering then it indicates that the monitor self test has passed.

Also, in your free time, please refer to "Screen flickers, unstable image" from this HP document.

I genuinely hope this information helps. Please feel free to keep me posted.

Good luck! 🙂
