Did you run the UEFI (F2) diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

On a desktop system, unplug computer. If the power cord has a transformer (wall wart) unplug from the computer. Press the power button 2-3 times to discharge residual electricity |
On a laptop, remove cover plate to get access to the memory. If there is no cover plate then search youtube for a disassembly video. |
Discharge static electricity by touching a finger to metal frame or case before removing memory sticks.
Clean the memory contacts with eraser, use air duster, reseat memory. Reseat one at a time if necessary to find the bad one.

If your PC returned a memory failure error, the only way to fix it would be to remove and replace the defective memory module.
The product specs indicate your PC came with 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz memory.
This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip that will run at 2666 MHz:
