HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 24-k0000i (7RD93AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP all in one screen is bright and beautiful.  I wanted to extend my desktop onto a second monitor.  I bought an HP m24f as it has the same resolution as my all in one screen.  Very disappointed that the whites on my HP m24f are almost tan instead of white.  Nothing like my All in one screen.  Why would you even make a monitor like this?  Sad.

Hi @acfkt,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing issues with your Monitor not matching your All-in-one PC. I'd like to help!

Well, the Monitor and the PC both have different resolutions. As the All-in-one PC is a computer that will have better resolution than the Monitors. However, you can try increasing the brightness or changing the theme of the Monitor and check. And also, please check, if the cable is not loose and seated properly. Even after that, it does not change, then maybe this is how it is designed or needs to be checked if any issue with Monitor.😊

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
