Hi.
I'm using HP ENVY 15-k203tx and have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M
I have recently upgraded the OS from windows 8.1 to windows 10
The brightness hotkeys are not working
All drivers are up to date.
PnP Monitor is also enabled. What should i do?

Hi,
You're notebook has Intel/Nvidia switchable graphics and looking atr the screenshot, it doesn't look like the Intel driver is installed.
Try the following.
Download the Intel HD Graphics driver on the following link and save it to your Downloads folder.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72810.exe
When done, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the link below.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72043.exe
When this has completed, do not restart the notebook as prompted, instead open your Downloads folder, right click the Intel HD Graphics package and select 'Run as Administrator' to start the installation.
When this has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking.
