I have an elite 27f display which accidently fell and has broken IPS panel. It is just a month old and I am looking to get the IPS panel replaced. Calling the online support has been of no use. The service center says they do not replace the panels. Is it true? If someone buys 50K monitor and has an accident they have to buy a new display?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
With the standard one-year limited warranty, you will be covered for repair or replacement of parts deemed defective. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, screen crack and liquid spillage.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
