I'm having trouble finding a replacement monitor. Their are no visible scratches or dents but when I turn it on the left upper corner is black and the rest of the screen just glitches with colorful lines. Does anyone know if I can replace it or do I need to buy a new one. Also does anyone know where I can get replacement parts or a whole new monitor? I'm having trouble finding either one on my own. Any help or advice about this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @KJ360,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Before considering repair or replacement, let's try a few things to confirm it's a hardware issue.
Restart the PC: Sometimes a simple restart can fix temporary glitches.
Check Connections: Ensure all cables and connections are securely attached. Loose connections can sometimes cause display issues.
Update Graphics Drivers: Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause display problems.
Run Diagnostics: Use the HP hardware diagnostics tool to check for any issues. You can often access this tool by pressing F2 during startup.
Let me know what happens.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
