Product: HP G4 Advanced Docking Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed my new HP Envy desktop pc with HP Advanced Docking Monitor.  The monitor itself works but the built- in camera and microphone does not work.  The pc is unable to locate a camera.  I contacted Windows help desk and HP support to no avail.  The HP person said it was likely a faulty camera and to return it.  Any other suggestions I can try?

I have the exact issue; HP Elitedesk Top and 2 Advanced Docking Monitors both with pop up cameras. Windows 10 simply can't find the camera... there were zero instructions with the monitor. any suggestions? I can't believe both the monitor cameras are broken...
