I have a 2 monitor with camera built in . is not working HP elitedisplay E243 M and E273M.

I am having the same issue.  Have you found any answers yet?  It's not looking good in this forum, all the similar issues seem to trail off into the abiss.

Okay, I struck gold.  I found an article with info on editing the registry.  I cannot vouch for the safety of this method at all.  My knowledge is limited to hardware and programming at the moment.  I followed the instructions though and it did fix the camera issue, at least for now.  Here's the link, try at own risk.  If anyone can validate this method as safe I would appreciate it!!!
