This Hp desktop has no name anywhere on the outside of the black case. The only reference I can find is the number on the bottom of the case, "HP 2B81".... On the HP website, I found a picture of the motherboard with the name "Mulberry" on it. The video speed of this unit is terribly slow causing video jerking when streaming video is attempted. The memory has been upgraded to 8 GB... The only slot I can find on this motherboard is an "PCI Express half-length mini card slot. I upgraded to Windows 10 with no other issues.

Hi:
The product number of the PC should be in the BIOS' system information window.
This is the link to the Mulberry motherboard specs, and there are no slots to add a video card.

The PCI Express half-length mini card slot is only for a wifi card.
Did you try the latest W10 graphics driver from AMD?
