I need to connect 2 HDMI monitors to my Pavilion TP01-1070. Can I use the front USB-C port to connect the second HDMI monitor? If not, can I upgrade this desktop with a graphics card (HDMI)?

Hello,
I need to connect 2 HDMI monitors to my Pavilion TP01-1070. It has one on board HDMI and VGA port, and one front facing USB Type-C port. Can I use the USB Type-C port to connect an HDMI monitor?
If not, can this desktop be upgraded with a Graphics card that has an HDMI port? Unfortunately this desktop has a 180W power supply, which probably limits its upgradability.
If all else fails can I upgrade the power supply to be able to install a graphics card?
Thanks
Lujansaur
