Can this computer handle a third monitor?
Can I upgrade my graphics card?

What is your hp 750 envy ? For example HP ENVY Desktop - 750-514, its specs

The above machine has One PCIe (GEN 3) x16 socket which is suitable for a video card but it only has 300W PSU therefore you can go to an Nvidia 1050 Ti to your machine. The Nvidia 1050 Ti supports multi monitors but total won't be higher than 7680x4320@60Hz27680x4320@60Hz27680x4320@60Hz:
