Product: Windows 10 HP elitebook
A friend of mine is having display issues because their cat jumped onto their keyboard and caused their screen to be foggy. She says that a hotkey setting did pop up, but when reopening it nothing happened. She recorded a video and it seems like whenever she goes from side to side, the screen will dim. Nobody knows what to do, so I hope somebody will help around here.
Edit: She has already updated the graphic driver but it didn't fix the issue. She is gonna try doing something with the BIOS later since she is not near her computer at the moment
