Buongiorno. Cosa fare?

Good morning. My PC at startup displays the lenovo think centre TIO22Gen3 monitor, then the monitor turns off and the Power Saving Mode / No connection / Check signal cable appears. I state that ports, cables and monitors are fully functional and the PC with an old Olidata monitor works perfectly. What to do?

Hi @MarioC1
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Good morning! If your Lenovo ThinkCentre TIO 22 Gen 3 monitor displays a message about power saving mode or no connection, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check Connections
- Ensure that the monitor is properly connected to the PC. Check both the power and signal cables to make sure they are securely plugged in.
2. Use a Different Cable
- Even if you believe the cables are functional, try using a different cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) to rule out a cable issue.
3. Check Input Source
- Make sure the monitor is set to the correct input source. Use the monitor's menu buttons to navigate to the input settings and select the correct port (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.).
4. Test with Another Device
- If possible, connect the monitor to another device (like a laptop) to see if it works. This will help determine if the issue lies with the monitor or the PC.
5. Boot in Safe Mode
- Try booting your PC in Safe Mode to see if the monitor works:
- Restart your PC.
- As it starts, repeatedly press F8 (or Shift + F8) until you see the Advanced Boot Options menu.
- Select Safe Mode. If the monitor works in Safe Mode, there may be a driver issue.
6. Update Graphics Drivers
- If the monitor works in Safe Mode, update your graphics drivers:
- Go to the Device Manager, find your display adapter, right-click, and choose Update driver.
7. Reset the Monitor
- Reset the monitor to factory settings using the menu options available on the monitor itself.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
