Hello,
We have been trying to sort out an issue with a missing part of an HP monitor order we received. The order was received on December 11 but we didn't open it until February, which is when we realised we hadn't received the three prong power plug that connects to the main electricity. As a result, we haven't been able to turn on the monitor.
After multiple calls and conversations via message, we still haven't received the correct part. In fact, we've received the wrong part on three occasions.
We are really disappointed that after three attempts, we still haven't received the correct part and we're at a loss at what to do now. So if there is a complaints department I can get in touch with, then that'd be great.
