Hello,

I have a HP EliteDisplay E273m and I like to connect it directly to another monitor without a HDMI hub/switch. Can I connect this HP EliteDisplay E273 as a switch?

As this display has some usb c can I use it to connect o HDMI or similar?

Thanks in advanced,

Antonio

your monitor has one DisplayPort input and one HDMI input.  So, your monitor can "switch" between these two inputs, as you requested.

Do you have a video-cable with a DisplayPort connector at one end, and an HDMI connector at the other end?

Note that the monitor has two USB ports, to connect a mouse or a keyboard or a memory-stick.

The USB-C socket allows those devices to connect to a USB-A port on your computer, so that you can use those devices.  That is the only use for that USB-C socket.
