EliteDesk 800 G5 + E243M
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC HP Tower EliteDesk 800 G5; Intel Core i7-9700 3 Ghz; RAM 16 GB DDR4 2.666 mHZ;  UHD Graphics 630, SSD 512GB M.2 PCIe; 7 USB 3.1 + Thunderbolt; P/N:7AC50ET.
2 monitor HP:
Monitor HP E243M audio, 24" multimedial Full HD, webcam 720p, 2 porte USB 3.0, ingressi Displayport, HDMI, VGA; PN:1FH48AT.
Monitor HP E243 Full HD, 2 porte USB 3.0, ingressi Displayport, HDMI, VGA, PN:1FH47AT

2 Display Port HP connected from Pc (that has 2 DisplyPort) direct to the DisplayPort of the monitors.

The Primary montior is HP E243M and video is extended to the secondary HP E243.

Both settings Full HD resolution.

Randomly what happens is:

It seems that only the upper zone (title bar) of any windows (like acrobat reader or chrome or word or excel) does not receive click input (you move mouse but when you click there is  no response); so it seems freezed  but it is not freezed the system but only the video\display system. If you remove the extension and select just the primary as for magic it works again !

It could happen also on desktop without any windows opened and in this case the same (also if you try right click on deskotp no answer).

Searching on several forums there is only one just workaorund to exit from this issue without to restart OS: select just one Monitor without the extended second monitor. Or, this is very useful as always just workaround, press this combination on keyboard: SHIFT + CTRL + WIN + B

Well a little update I hope could help someone to provide a solution: I tried to set the secondary video with a minor video resolution to see what happen... and BANG ! the problem occured just very fews times. Not totally disappeared but better.

So please what this kind of workaround could help to find the right way to solve ?????
