HP M27f FHD Monitor

2 months ago, I bought a HP M27f FHD Monitor, since last month, I noticed that there are some dead pixels in middle top corner and it become really annoying in a dark mode which I used on windows and my IDEs

 

I tried to contact you via whatsapp which was useless, someone, named Pulkit, start the conversation and just said hi, and then disappeared !!! (I was waiting for his/her reply for 30 minutes, but nothing 😞 )

 

Could you please let me know how I can request for a replacement ?

I also bought the HP additional coverage for this product ( 32 months remaining)

if you bought the screen elsewhere than the hp store, contact your reseller!
